Corporate Hospitality

This is the core module of CABS CHAMBERLAIN. There is a wide range of Diary Booking features that come as standard with the product.

Diary and Bookings

  • A superb set of Diaries (Daily and Weekly) to cover all of your bookings and to convey as much information as possible. Simply hovering over a booking will detail all the services that are required. Using a combination of Room Groups and our location handling you could adjust the view to show all your training rooms worldwide or simply in one location.
  • Repeat and block bookings are simple to make and CABS CHAMBERLAIN makes any problem days a simple matter to deal with. Using the Quik View form you can simply click on a random set of dates if there is no discernable booking pattern.
  • Email confirmations straight off the corporate Bookings form containing the information you want them to see. EmailConfirmation.jpg. There is also an Automatic email reminder which you can have sent out to all bookers, say, a day or two before the bookings. This helps reduce no-shows.
  • Waitlist handling is automatic – if you vacate a room for whatever reason and there is something on the waitlist for that day, CABS CHAMBERLAIN will ask you if you want to see waitlisted bookings. A click is all you need to make a waitlisted booking in to a live booking. Waitlist.jpg
  • A comprehensive set of self-configuring operational reports (written using Crystal Reports V8.5). Each report is configurable to capture the right information from the user. A selection of reports can be found here.
  • Fully location aware so you can run more than one building or site off the one database and because CABS CHAMBERLAIN is fully timezone aware, those sites can be in different countries.
  • Fully timezone aware so corporate hospitality room bookings made in London from New York will appear in local time from both locations. Even multi-point video conference calls will show correctly on the diaries and can be made as one booking not as a series of separate bookings where you have to put the same information more than once. Simply click to flip easily between Local and Remote times.
  • Searching for people, bookings, rooms and resources has been optimised to help you work faster. For instance, finding staff is probably quicker than looking up your electronic telepone directory because all the Information you want about this person is on one screen because that is where you want it.

Unsurpassed and truly flexible reporting – you will get around 50 reports as standard covering everything from operations, financs, sales & marketing through to mailmerging and spreadsheet creation. All our reports are easily transferred to more than 20 different file formats and can be pushed directly in to Excel, Word or published as HTML or XML.
  • If you think the report you are looking for is not on your system then we have over 400 in our Reports Gallery on our Servers in Thame. Simply ask us and we will give it to you if it exists. Failing that, we can write one for you or, if you have the resources in-house, you can have them written for you.
  • A couple of examples of some of our Room Occupancy Reports RoomOccupancySummary1.pdf and RoomOccupancySummary2.pdf reflecting our clients’ differing rules for these types of statistics, one is based on a very accurate Bookable Room Hours basis while the other is simply based on the number of bookings. This is just one example of our varied and flexible reporting pool which could be at your disposal.
