Delivery Scheduling Software is a software module used to provide Extras and Services to Contacts and Departments that are not and may never be set up on CABS. From the Deliveries menu you can search for a Delivery by it’s System Number, the Host Name, the Contact or the Date of the Delivery.

A new delivery can be created by selecting Create Delivery.

Allows you to select an existing MBR on the system and will fill in the Host Details.

An MBR search screen will be bought up on the screen so that you can select the necessary MBR. You can also create a new MBR if required.

When going into Create Delivery you will be asked if you would like to copy the details from an existing MBR.

Yes:

Allows you to select an existing MBR on the system and will fill in the Host Details.
An MBR search screen will be bought up on the screen so that you can select the necessary MBR. You can also create a new MBR if required.

No:

Allows you to enter host details for a Host that isn’t on the system. Will simply leave all fields blank so that new host details can be entered.

Delivery processing Software

New delivery

There are four elements to the Delivery processing software that include Delivery Details, Add Extras, Assigned Menus and Billing.

Add Delivery

Allows you to add a new delivery.If there is already a delivery in focus, then you will be asked if you would like to copy the details from this delivery.Selecting ‘Yes’ will generate a new delivery with the host details from the previous delivery. Selecting ‘No’ will bring up the question of whether you would like to copy the details from an existing MBR, as before.

Delete Delivery

Allows you to delete the delivery that is currently selected. You will be asked if you are sure that you want to delete it just in case this option was selected inadvertently.

Quotation

Allows you to run a quotation for the delivery that is currently selected.

Email Confirmation

Allows an email to be sent to the MBR host to notify them of the delivery booking.

Audit Trail

Produces a report that details any changes made to the delivery booking.

Allows a manual posting to be added to the delivery. All posting and extra codes that are setup on the system will be available to select. You can then enter Quantity required, Unit value and VAT code, as well as any required Debit or Credit codes.
