Used primarily by our Commercial Conference Venue clients, our Client Prospecting Module (CPM) will track your initial enquiries all the way through to the Event, Invoicing plus After Sales follow-ups and repeat business.
Once you have captured the contact details of your enquirer, CABS CHAMBERLAIN will set up all the data necessary to keep track of the enquiry. For example, a normal response is to send out a covering letter with your brochure. In the process of doing this, you can automatically log a follow-up activity (for you or someone else) which will then appear on the To-do list with all the details you need to start chasing the business.
Contact Activity
Once you have (hopefully) secured the business, you can generate a contract letter containing all your terms and conditions and all the information you have entered for the event. Full deposit handling is also included. This includes a full formal quotation if you want to or simply a summary of the event - you decide what information you want to appear in any documentation.
Once you complete an activity, the software will remind
you to place the next activity on your list, so can continue to keep track of the client. When the invoice has been sent, it should not stop there as you will want the client back for more business.
This is a very powerful tool for marketing and analysing your business. Using a set of user defined classification groups (Source of Business, Business Sector etc.) each of which can have an unlimited number of codes (and, if required, sub-codes) you can view your business through a set of filters. Most analysis reports are “Filter” aware so you can, for example, view the number of enquiries coming in from a given mailshot campaign or from locale or type of business sector. It is the same report, just using a different view of the world you need to know about. This example
Reports Filter is based on locations at a multi-site conference centre.
