Support Requests We provide a number of ways to submit a support request, the most effective way being to login to our Client Zone and then submit your support request using the support form. There you can get help with software problems, 'how to' requestes and enhancement requests.
All support requests are logged and allocated a priority according to the severity and impact. Details of the Service Level Agreement can also be found in the Client Zone.
